The Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal (MAREJ) highlights NCV Capital’s Mount Hope deal on the cover page of its February 2019 issue. The digital publication, which primarily features comprehensive commercial real estate coverage throughout the Mid-Atlantic, details the $100 million transaction that will preserve 515 units in the Mount Hope neighborhood of the Bronx. The journal quotes NCV’s managing partner, A. Keith Gordon,

“We are proud to have provided our expertise and capital to help Mount Hope rehabilitate and reposition these Bronx community assets in this rapidly improving South Bronx neighborhood.”

MAREJ writes, most notably, that the 13-building portfolio is subject to a forty year regulatory agreement through the New York Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), ensuring that all units will remain affordable for current and future residents for the next four decades.
